A Couture Skirt fit for the Lady of the Gala.  This is for the lady who dresses for when all eyes will be on you as the bell of the ball. A extra two yards of tartan are used to make the pleat to sett (Pattern).  A normal Hostess Skirt has two buckles and internal velcro strapping,  This Couture skirt has four; three on left and one right.   

Optional matching sash 11"x90" long tied into a scottish rose.
